Our Warranty


Extent of Limited Warranty

  1. Access Technologies warrants the Access Technologies built systems will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year after the date of purchase by the customer.
  2. These warranties are in addition to any applicable manufacturer’s warranties.
  3. Access Technologies specifically disclaims and excludes software products not originally installed on the system from it’s warranty.
  4. System failure due to faulty software installation by customer or existing software incompatibility and specifically disclaimed and excluded under this warranty.
  5. The Access Technologies limited warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal and proper use of the product and does not apply to any:
    a. products found to be abused, altered, or modified.
    b. products found to be physically damaged.
    c. products found to be damaged by power surges, floods, blackouts, brownouts, or other natural disasters.
    d. improper or inadequate maintenance.
  6. All monitors, printers, and other peripherals / add-ons are warranted for 30 days after invoice date.
  7. Warranty date begins on original invoice date.
  8. Warranty void without receipt

Limitations of Warranty

  1. ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES COMPUTER SYSTEMS. ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  2. The remedies provided in this warranty are the customers’ sole and exclusive remedies.
  3. Access Technologies shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations. When such failure or delay, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to God, war, strike, flood, riot, fire earthquake, lockout, late or non-delivery by suppliers, shortage or unavailability of materials, components or transportation facilities, or any act of refusal to act, regulation, order, or intervention of any government authority.

Returned Merchandise Policy

All items must be returned on or before the last day of the warranty.
Prior to shipping , customer must receive an RMA from Access Technologies. All returned merchandise will be shipped Fed Ex ground or UPS ground and be prepaid by customer.
All merchandise must be accompanied by an origanal reciept with customers name and address.
All returned merchandise must be in resellable condition, in the original packaging with manuels and software.
All RMA items will be repaired. If repair is not feasible, Access Technologies will replace items still under warranty. If identical replacement is unavailable Access Technologies reserves the right to replace item with comparable goods, or to return the product to the manufacturer for replacement.
All items returned after warranty period may be repaired at the customers cost if the item is repairable.
Access Technologies reserves the right to inspect all returned items. There will be no exchanges or replacements if products are found to be defect free. Customers will be charged a diagnostic fee for testing items that prove to be defect free.
If merchandise is found to be damaged due to improper handling or installation by any non-Access Technologies employee, customer is liable, warranty is void, and customer will be charged a diagnostic fee. No refund or exchanges will be given.

Refund Policy

All refunds must be accompanied by original receipt and be in original condition with original packing, manuels, and software.
All returned items are subject to a 15/% restocking fee.

Limitations of Liability

EXCEPT AS SET OUT HEREIN IN NO EVENT SHALL ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCEDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
